Synephrine from bitter orange: where to find the number
60 mg of extract standardised to 50% means 30 mg of synephrine. An ingredient where the exact figure is worth knowing, and the dose worth not exceeding.

Synephrine is a compound found in bitter orange (Citrus aurantium). On a label you do not see it as a standalone ingredient but as a percentage of the extract.
How it appears on a label
It is printed in two parts: the weight of the extract, and the synephrine percentage within it. Together they give the amount.
In SlimDay: 60 mg of bitter orange extract standardised to 50% synephrine. That is 30 mg of synephrine per recommended daily intake.
If another label says only “bitter orange extract 200 mg” with no percentage, the synephrine content cannot be worked out. It might be more than 30 mg; it might be far less.
Alongside caffeine
SlimDay also contains caffeine, printed separately in milligrams. Both figures are on the label and on the product page precisely so you can add them to whatever you take during the day from coffee, tea or energy drinks.
Who should avoid it
The formula is not intended for children or adolescents, nor for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you take medication or have a cardiovascular condition, consult a doctor before use.
The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded — that is not a formality; it is printed on the pack for the same reason the amount is.
What we do not claim
There is no authorised health claim for synephrine in the EU register. So this article tells you how much there is and where to check it, not what it does.
