Returns & Refunds

1. Your right to return
Under EU consumer law you have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to initiate a return
Log in to your account and go to My Account → Orders → Return items. Select the items, choose a reason, and submit your request. You will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day. Alternatively, contact us at support@herbsgold.com.
3. Return shipping
Unless the item was defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked service. Ship the item to the address in your return confirmation email.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank.
5. Defective or incorrect items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at support@herbsgold.com with a photo and your order number. We will arrange free return shipping and a replacement or full refund — your choice.
6. Subscription orders
Subscription orders follow the same return policy. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before renewal from My Account → Subscriptions. Returns follow the standard 14-day window from each delivery date.
7. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Products stored incorrectly
- Personalised or custom-made items
