1. About us
HerbsGold operates the online store at herbsgold.com, selling nutritional supplements throughout Bulgaria, the European Union, and internationally. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products & pricing
All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing your order in the event of an error. Product images are for illustration purposes only.
3. Orders & payment
An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order. We accept payment by credit/debit card (processed securely via Stripe) and cash on delivery (Bulgaria only). Card data is never stored on our servers — all card processing is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
4. Delivery
Orders within Bulgaria are delivered via Econt, Speedy, BoxNow, or Sameday. Delivery times are typically 1–3 business days. International orders are shipped via partner couriers; delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & refunds
You have the right to return any product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. Log in to your account and submit a return request. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription orders are billed automatically at the agreed frequency. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, effective from the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
7. Health & safety disclaimer
Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication. Keep out of reach of children.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of HerbsGold and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
